Zion Train are pioneers in future dub and the first band to bring that sound to Poland. Alongside groups such as Dreadzone they can be named the biggest stars of reggae and contemporary electronic club music. Zion Train Sound System was founded in 1990 in London. The success of their first albums 'A Passage to Indica', 'Natural Wonders of the World in Dub' and 'Siren' lead to signing a contract with a sublabel of Warner – China Records. For that label they recorded their cult album 'Homegrown Fantasy'. Since 1999 they continue releasing, in their own Universal Egg label, high quality dub, electronic music, experimental dum'n'bass and dance music world. Apart from participating in Zion Train DJ Perch also takes part in Abassi All Starts project, plays as a guest musician, DJ producer and remixer. All his activity earned him the title of the busiest dub master in the world. He is constantly faithful to his principle of independence in music and full control of his image and output. He also strongly emphasises the positive message of music. Zion Train appeared in Poland for the first time in 1996. Since then, they performed here several dozen times. In 2006 vocalist Molara left the band and MC Dubdadda from Nucleus Roots took her place. In 2007 Zion Train released another breakthrough album 'Live As One' which earned the prize of the best dub album of the year given by Reggae Academy. Their last album is a highly rated 'State of Mind' where we can hear, among others, Brinsley Ford from Aswad.
